25 August 2026, Grant Pool for 2027 $85,000

ACCET has set aside $85,000 to grant in 2027. This is the largest grant pool that ACCET has been able to provide. Applications open soon.

10 July 2026, New Trustee Appointed

On 10 July 2026, Mark Jennings joined ACCET as a new Trustee. Mark worships with the Canberra Church of Christ, where he serves alongside his wife and three children. He has a strong love for the church and a passion for supporting its health and growth. Mark also brings valuable administrative skills and a desire to use those abilities in service of the kingdom. We are very pleased to welcome Mark to the ACCET Trustees.

ACCET has set aside $75,000 to grant in 2025. Applications open soon.

  • From inception $1,320,799 has been donated to ACCET.
  • As at 30 June 2024 the capital balance of ACCET is $1.44 million.
  • From inception $361,850 has been paid in grants by ACCET.
  • In December 2024, ACCET has been going 21 years.
  • 2025 will mark the 18th year in succession that ACCET has provided grants to congregations of the church of Christ in Australia.
  • From inception ACCET has provided grants to 24 different congregations.
  • ACCET’s annual operating expenses were just 0.69% of Trust Capital in 2023-2024.
15 January 2024, New Trustee Appointed

On the 15 January 2024 Peter Amos joined ACCET as a new Trustee. Peter has been a faithful member of the church of Christ for many years and has supported ACCET for well over a decade. Peter also serves as a deacon at the Point congregation that meets in Brisbane, Queensland. Peter is a welcome addition to the Trustees.

23 December 2023, 20th Anniversary of first donation

20 years ago ACCET received an inaugural donation of $2 from a teenage Christian. Today ACCET manages over $1.3million in donations. ACCET has every single donation safely invested to generate a return that is granted to congregations each year. Each and every donation is a gift that keeps on giving!

27 November 2023, ACCET’s 20th Anniversary

On the 27th November 2003 the Trust Deed of the Australian church of Christ Evangelistic Trust was first signed. 20 years have now passed in which many congregations have been helped with financial assistance.
